In Matthew 25:27 the Lord tells the man that he should at least put it (periballo) to usuary. That this is what thou oughtest do. “oughtest” in the Greek means ” to be meet”
“produce” and usuary in its Greek roots “teko” means “be born” “bring forth” “be in travail”
In the Greek “periballo” means to invest, and is translated at times as “array” “clothe(-d me” “put on”, so the Lord told the man to “invest” we know the results of “investments” …stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed (periballo) with white robes (white here is leukaino, and comes from leukos, which while meaning white, is “light” (Revelation 7:9b)
We have washed our robes and made them white (leukos: light) in the blood of the Lamb
(Revelation 7:14b)
God is light and in him is no darkness at all: if we walk in the light as he is in the light….
